Uncommon, feminine girl names

I am struggling to come up with a name for DD2 and as the time to meet her draws nearer I am getting anxious about what we will call her! Names that I like include Ottilie, Isadora, Cosima, Magali, Freya. DH likes Elora, Tierney. The problem is that we can't agree on any of those names, so I am back to the drawing board and can't seem to come up with anything new. DD1 is Kirrily. This site always seems to have the best name suggestions, so please, send them my way!

My daughter is called Tora.
It's an Norse name (we live in Norway) and it's the female equivalent of Tor (in English Thor).
So I have my own little Goddess of thunder.

I am in the process of going back through all of your lovely suggestions - thank you! To clear up a bit of confusion, I am from the States so many of your more "common" names are quite uncommon here. That's why this site is one of my favorite resources!
