Feminine Baby Girl Names

I am expecting our third child - a girl! We have an Ophelia & Thor and are struggling with our newest addition's name. I would like something feminine like Ophelia, but also strong like Thor. We have German, Norwegian and Icelandic roots so something along those lines would be a bonus.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!

Thank you! These are great :)
Names I love from these suggestions
Eleonora/Leonora - was a choice for my first daughter
Genevieve - this name is growing on me! Also a family name :)
Sophie/Sophia are family names but thinking it is too common?
Ingrid/Inga both family names I think I might play around with them for the middle name? Or else Ivy because it is a family name as well.
My husband loves Lucille.
I LOVE Romilly but I can’t get my husband on board. :( any other suggestions like this?
New names I like from this chat, Juno, Hedda, Iselin (never heard of this), and Florence (or else Flora?).
What do you think of Lilo?
