Middle name for Arthur

Our baby boy is due in 3 months.
We've decided to call him Arthur.
Our surname begins with P and is 2 syllables.

Looking for middle name ideas.

Was thinking of something like 'James' as it flows and is a solid name.

I'm Irish so I'm also interested in an Irish name/or associated with Irish culture as a middle name.
Any suggestions? Xx

Sorry couldn't resist. Arthur is a lovely name and was on my list but doesn't go with our surnames.

For some reason I've always loved Arthur Alexander
I know it doesn't fit any of your criteria so not very helpful input! Arthur is lovely I hope you find the perfect middle name

James is lovely and he can always go by AJ in the future if he wants. I know an Arthur Joseph which I think flows nicely but isn't Irish!
