I’m in the final stages so not sure if I’m losing my mind but have happened upon Mara- means sea in Irish. I think it’s lovely. Pronounced like Sara, with an M. Any thoughts?!

I absolutely LOVE the name Mara, however I personally would spell as Marah.
Im Irish and I only know one Marah but I have always thought it was the most beautiful name!
I agree with pronunciation.... it's "mah-ra" as in Lara or Cara.

I literally had a conversation with DH today about how it's such a lovely name for a girl (we are expecting in Oct).

I'd pronounce it Morra
