I don't like ANY girls names HELP

Older brother Noah.
We are having a surpise this time around.
But I literally feel like I don't like ANY girls names.
Ideally looking for short names or names less likely to be shortened.
Nothing beginning with B as surname begins with B.
Not necessarily looking for another biblical name.
I prefer solid names, as feel Noah is a very solid name.
Popularity does not concern me. I picked Noah because I loved it, I didn't even check the popularity.
Please HELP!!

I think Maggie would be great for Noah's sister. It's fine if May is in the middle but if you're going to regularly refer to her as 'Maggie May' then I wouldn't do it.

Margot's good, would give you Maggie, which is lovely.

Maggie May is a bit Rod yes - but why not?!

Noah and Margot sound fab!

FizzyGreenWater · 23/11/2019 12:56

Also short, goes with Noah - Hebe.

@olympia7 Op did you decide on Sophia or shall we keep suggesting names (love Sophia btw)

olympia7 · 23/11/2019 15:26

@Leopardprintboots
I think I've narrowed it down to:
Sophia, Matilda or Margot.
Not sure which one stands out more to me at the minute.

Matilda

Definitely Matilda!

FizzyGreenWater · 23/11/2019 18:41

Margot is my favourite.

Prefer Sophie to Sophia.

Matilda is ok, like Tilly.

Margo - lovely name! (Margot too “translatable” to Maggot)

diddlediddle · 23/11/2019 22:22

Matilda or Margot

Not Sophia. It's incredibly popular, and it's a bit nothingy as a result.

Our daughter didnt have a name for 3 weeks she was called 'slug', and then one day it clicked and there we are lovely!!

Letthemysterybe · 23/11/2019 22:43

My first thought was Margot, and I see that it is now one of your top 3, so I say go for that!

Postmissposte · 23/11/2019 23:16

Maggie May sounds twee and is also a shit song.

Maggie on its own is good, Meg I like too.

Thea or Ada immediately came to mind.

Dyra · 23/11/2019 23:20

Sophia is a gorgeous name. Far and away my favourite.

I personally wouldn't pick either Matilda or Margot, but they're still nice names.
