They're mostly of a Muslim or persian origin but I feel like they would also work well in the UK

Peri is usually spelled Pari in Persian. It means fairy and is very commonly used in India.

When I used to work in the Middle East, I actually taught a girl called Lilac, she used to spell it as “Lailac” but pronounced it as the colour. I like it.

I also like Mina and Leila from your list.

Amira is nice. My Daughter has a friend who is from an Iranian family called Paniz .. I thought that was lovely

I have a lot of EMEA Muslim colleagues and my favourite Muslim names are Sumeya, Hanan, and Razia.

Amira is the only one I like. But I do like it a lot.

I like lilac with Lila as a nickname. Beautiful, and goes well with recent name trends of violet and indigo!
