I always feel like Google search will come up with more answers (or the same answers) than mumsnet with this type of question.

Some of Jupiter's moons have nice names if you like that sort of thing, eg Europa, Io, Callisto, Himalia, Elara, Eirene, and Metis.

Boireannachlaidir · 12/10/2019 11:39

You've got to be kidding if people really will call their kids these ridiculous names.

Diana (sun goddess)
Estelle (star)
Stella
Ayla (moon glow - Turkish apparently)

Orion
Phoenix (name of a constellation apparently)
Cosmo
Sirius (the dog star)(brightest star in the sky)

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 12/10/2019 14:19

Boys
Neil is a good suggestion after Neil Armstrong. However I don’t think that space would be the first thing people think of when they hear the name Neil. However with it quite an unusual name. People will probably ask where you got it from. Then they’ll know it’s inspired from interest in space.
Buzz
Cosmo.
Orbit

Girls.
When you you die you could name her after her star sign.
Star
Saturn
Venus
Mercury
Luna
