Trying to find a gender neutral/boy name that has plosive consonants in it (en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_consonant)
Currently leaning towards the name Niko, but I'm very open to suggestions Smile

Wtf is a “plosive consonant”

She literally linked to the wiki site in the OP Hmm

thebakerwithboobs · 12/10/2019 11:33

I admit I do find swear words with plosive consonants more satisfying. Twat.

I read it thanks.

Still not a scooby nor why it’s an important consideration in a child’s name. In all my years I’ve never heard of this being a thing in choosing a baby name. The “gender neutral “ had me rolling my eyes enough

EssentialHummus · 12/10/2019 11:44

I’m just here to ask why, OP?

And Kit is lovely.

If you feel the need to link to wikipedia to explain the type of name you are looking for, I'd say you are over thinking it.

Is this to actually name your child OP? Or is this for a book / project?

If it's the former then way to suck the fun out of naming your child Shock

RuffleCrow · 12/10/2019 16:37

Today on "World's most random requirements"

Would explosive nappies do ya, OP? Whatever the name you're bound to get a few hundred of those.

meridaofthefabulousredhair · 12/10/2019 16:41

means

I like the name kit though

mumwon · 12/10/2019 18:38

just a thought if we go to far gender neutral how does it work if someone wants to change gender? From my observation (admittedly limited) when one changes gender the individual concerned tends to become ultra feminine or masculine in their presentation... or they want to change the nature & presentation of their aimed for gender to conform to their ideal/idea or what it should be for all those who are originally of those born in that sex?

Lilytheblue · 12/10/2019 20:28

Movinghouseatlast · 12/10/2019 20:30
