I would pick middle name which didn't start with a vowel sound. It's always sounds a bit clunky when the first name ends with a vowel and and the middle name begins with one. But Emma is a lovely name.

Thanks everyone for your input I prefer Emma and DH prefers Emily, both the middle names Alice and Elizabeth are family names. We will prob discount Isla as a middle name now.
