Camille and ...."twin 2"....help please

We've just discovered we're having twins.

One definitely appears to be a girl. The second we're not sure. So is "twin 2" Grin

I have partial french heritage and so love the name Camille. I like Claudia for her potential sister, but don't love it like Camille. Any suggestions? Also keen on Adrianna and love Eugenie, but I think she'd forever get the Fergie reference. Saskia is pretty but not too sure it goes with Camille.

For a brother, bit stumped. Potentials are Max, Harry, Edward, Marcus and Charles. My favourite of those is Charles, but then I can't really have a Charles and Camille...

Any thoughts?

Also Solange and Ines.
Gabriel and Xavier for boys.

Aurelie, Emilie and Michèle to go with the French theme.

  • Rafe is great, a favourite of mine, and I like it with Camille
  • Sebastian also good and works for Camille's brother
  • I agree to avoid Charles, but Max, Harry, Edward and Marcus are all good.
  • I'd avoid Juillet - it will get mangled in English and constantly confused with Juliet. Juliet however is lovely and would work well.
  • Adrianna is ok but for my tast a little flowery next to the more streamlined Camille. Adrienne however would work well.
  • I quite like the classic Helena from your list, but just be aware it has at least 3 different pronunciations.
- others that I think would be great as Camille's sibling (some repeats here): Amandine Florence Flora Marion Simone Francesca Romilly Genevieve Romilly Eleanor/Elinor Greta Beatrix

I actually meant Sylvie there but it autocorrected to Sylvia.

Really liking Camille and Rafe, and Camille and Sebastian.

Still stuck on either Camille and Claudia, or Camille and Saskia...both of which are names I like secondary to Camille and I so badly don't want to have one with a more favourable name. It's so very hard, all the other girls' names (and I know how helpful all the suggestions have been) I don't like anywhere as much as Camille.

It's going to be one of those "I'll know as soon as I hear it" jobs...
