Just the one please and something that would work for a grown up man too.

@Whoops75, christian is excellent, but I hate when people shorten it to Chris.

OP what letter sounds do you like? eg. L's, R's, give small bit more of a brief.

My DD has a friend called Django. That’s a cool name.

Sasha (short for Alexander). or Stellan. Those were our two top picks for our second had she been a boy

I really liked Rex as in Harrison, but chickened out because I thought people would think Rex as in dog.

Which is really bloody annoying as no-one actually calls their dog anyway.

Seth, Caleb or Saul

Gosh, none of these tick my cool box.
Not writing down my choice, it's often lambasted as a dreadful old man's name on MN, but I think it's the coolest name ever.

Of those already mentioned I Love Valentino but you'd need a good surname to carry it off - Valentino Smith sounds a bit rubbish

I think my favourite name for a boy that sounds cool and hasn't been mentioned already is Hunter

@lljkk is it Stan? Very cool imo if so.

sickmumma · 26/05/2019 06:56

Bruno I don't think has been mentioned - think it's quite a strong name!

I love Ezra, Reuben, Rudy, Rupert.

The Kray names Ronnie, Charlie etc have been done to death where I live and personally not keen.

My boys have quite normal names but still I think could be classed as cool just not as out there as other suggestions on this thread!

Only my daughter has been told her name is cool and that's only annoyingly because of a character that has the same name that came out about the same time!!!

Beaten to say Balonz!

Lots of great names here for inspiration Star

"Not writing down my choice, it's often lambasted as a dreadful old man's name on MN, but I think it's the coolest name ever."

Most pointless comment ever. I have an answer but I'm not going to share it Grin

Blake
Django
Ezra
Ivo
Kit
Leo
Ray (I don't usually like old man names, but this is an exception. The Ray Charles association helps!)
Rocco
Saul
Xander

A few people have mentioned Gideon, which puzzles me as it sounds awful and makes me think of George Osborne.
