I love Teddy but I think it's quite popular now? Also Digby, Barnaby & Huxley but DH not keen.

Nathaniel has decreased in popularity overall but not significantly so.

Names like Matthew and Michael are increasingly unusual these days, in my experience.

I have a Piper which is unusual nowadays though it’s an old family name.

Pick something you love the sound of. No guarantee that an unusual name now will be unusual in a few years. Just takes a royal or celebrity to use it.
