I like Juno and Isadora (but only if you're fine with possibly ending up an Izzy)

Smile19 · 01/12/2018 21:20

I think the 'Effy' nn probably comes from the 'beth...eth' sound which isn't in Evangeline. However at the end of the day go with what you love. Congratulations.

In reference to Elizabeth.

My favourite is Margot. I think it's a lovely name.

Juno - Not bad but I prefer June.
Evangeline - I've never liked this name. I find it a bit over the top.
Bonnie - Cutesy.
Isadora - Nice enough. I prefer Isabel though.

Isadora is beautiful.
Was on the list for DD but DH didn't wasn't as keen as me on it.

I met a really nice girl called Evangelina a few years ago. So like that name too.

I know it's not on your list but how about Seraphina?

lolamooo · 02/12/2018 15:28

tinselbeakersochristmas I do like Seraphina but it’s the name of my aunts cat so feels a bit weird Grin

I get that Grin

TinselBeakerSoChristmas · 02/12/2018 15:33

Though bizarrely my DM got a dog after I left home (moved far away so didn't get to see her very often) & gave it a variation of my name e.g think Louisa & Lulu or Catherine & Katy Grin

TinselBeakerSoChristmas · 02/12/2018 15:35

DM said it was because she missed me so much. (However I think it was because the dog did as it was told & loved cuddles non stop Grin )
