I have an Eliza already. Could we also have an Edith? Edie for short?

They’re different names and don’t rhyme. . Why not?

I know a family with an Eliza, Edith and Elsie.

Edith is dreadful sorry. Poor thing will always wonder why her sister got the nicer name!

I would Eliza with Florence, Eleanor, Matilda, Jemima, Clementine, Beatrice, Margot, Madeleine, Tabitha, Penelope and Harriet.

I think they sound nice together ! Very cute

This just isn’t a thing. I have two now late-teen daughters with the same first initial, and every single letter they receive has their middle initial too. We’ve never had any confusion

I have the same initial as my sister and there have been many occasions where we can't work out who a letter is for. 1 time out of 10 the middle initial is used on letters.

I personally would try and avoid using names with the same first letter but both names are nice OP.

Unless both girls plan to live under our roof we'll into adulthood (I hope not!) I don't think the issue with initials will be a problem for long to the extent that it is at all.
