Strong/non girly - girls names?

Any suggestions?

I don't really like Andy for a boy but quite like the idea of Andy/Andie for a girl. Any similar suggestions?!

I’ve got an Astrid. Expecting DD2 currently and DH has vetoed: Petra, Hester, Robyn, Juno and Winifred (nn Fred/Freddie)

I also like Frances. I actually think Andi/Andie looks/sounds a bit girly (the “ee” sound does it for me)
