Thoughts on Cecilia, Jemima or Willow for dd2?

We have a very short one syllable masculine sounding surname so I can afford to go with something “frilly” to balance it out!

I hate the song Cecilia so I don't like the name, sorry.
Jemima = Puddleduck
Willow is beautiful.

My husband has an aunt called Cecelia and has been Aunt CeeLee all her life. It's been in that family for three generations. My daughter has a friend called Cecily but everyone calls her Sissy.

Jemima: no, not for me.

I love Willow but it reminds me of that 80s movie of the same name.
