Hi all, we're looking for a girls name that ends in a vowel, but doesn't have an 'r' the end (e.g. flora, lauri etc) as it won't go with our surname that begins with R.
I like Nina and Penelope (nn Penny) but looking for other ideas too.
We're trying to avoid cutesy (imo) names like Polly and Daisy, and hoping for a traditional sounding but not overly used name as far as possible, rather than modern or super common ones.
Not an easy brief, but I trust the excellent brainpower of MNers to come through with lots of inspiration!
