Dalia for a girl

I'm really liking the name Dalia for a girl but I want it pronounced dar-lia rather than like the flower day-lia (spelt dahlia). Would you pronounce the above spelling dar-lia or am I missing a more obvious spelling?
General thoughts on the name welcome too!

I think you'd have trouble with pronunciation with Dahlia/Dalia. What about Daria? I know one of these.

I read it as dal-eea
I really love love love the name Delilah 😍😍

Another one who knows a Dalia (in her 30s now). I really like it.

Sorry I forgot to say hers is pronounced with a short ‘a’ as in ‘apple’

What about Doria. It's grown on me

I know a Dalia and Adila - not an Adila though. Love Dalia. It’s a beautiful name

I went to school with a Dahlia pronounced Dar-lia. Never struck any of us as unusual up North in the 90s.
