Sibling for Esmé

We already have an Esmé and DH has rejected Elijah, Elise and Eliza off my list as sounding too similar.

Other names we both like are
Nancy, Thea, Martha and Sadie for a girl. Seth, Nathaniel (Nate for short) or Theo for a boy. But we don't love any of them like we do the name Esmé.

Any suggestions would be very welcome.

Love Martha and Thea! I think Thea in particular goes very well with Esme. I feel like you need another fairly short name for a girl. Perhaps:

I think Mabel is lovely but DH has vetoed it. We both really like Cara though so that'll definitely be going on the list.

I wouldn't put Mabel with Esme as they both have May in.
