Not Jack either.

Would you like another clue?

LadyGAgain · 01/04/2018 22:25

Oooh yes please. I'm clearly not doing so well (again)!

Bexter801 · 01/04/2018 23:23

applesandpears56 · 02/04/2018 06:48

Oscar

DarkRoomDarren · 02/04/2018 06:51

None of those!

Another clue is;

The poet’s surname is also a Welsh first name with an s on the end, but the name I’m thinking of is the poet’s first name.

DarkRoomDarren · 02/04/2018 07:00

I’ll give you another, as I think my clues were a bit rubbish.

The subject of the poetry is often war.

LadyGAgain · 02/04/2018 07:25

Ted?

DarkRoomDarren · 02/04/2018 07:34

Not Ted, but that makes sense too!

DuggeeHugs · 02/04/2018 07:36

Wilfred?

OP posts:
DarkRoomDarren · 02/04/2018 07:47

Yes! Well done @duggee.

Wilfred means desires peace and Wilfred Owens writes about war.

There’s a (rubbish) tv show called Wilfred with a man dressed up as a dog.

DuggeeHugs · 02/04/2018 10:29

Yay! Although I misinterpreted your man and dog clue and thought it was because you could make Fred and Wilf Blush Good clues!

Ok, next clue:
This Irish chap is polarised on size

Got it in one @Bexter801 Grin

OP posts:
Bexter801 · 02/04/2018 13:21
