Ok, sorry. Harder than I intended it to be again. Grin Further clue:

She has travelled the globe, but I don’t know if she could row all the way.

FintyTin · 13/04/2018 20:18

Not Lucy, Sarah or Naomi, sorry.

diddl · 13/04/2018 20:29

Mona?

Bexter801 · 13/04/2018 20:33

Augusta?

FintyTin · 13/04/2018 21:20

diddl is closest...

Bexter801 · 13/04/2018 21:47

Monica?

Bexter801 · 13/04/2018 21:48

Lisa?

Bexter801 · 13/04/2018 21:49

I'm grasping at anything here!

Bexter801 · 13/04/2018 21:49

Montana?

FintyTin · 13/04/2018 22:05

😂 You grasped correctly, Bexter! It was Lisa.

She can’t complain although she’s a moaner/Mona.
Elvis Presley’s (the ‘king’, of course) daughter has the name.
The noblewoman is Alison (name meaning), an anagram of ‘No Lisa’. (Very sleep-deprived when I came up with that one, apologies!!)
Ms Stansfield has been around the world, but I don’t think she Kudrow all the way.

diddl · 13/04/2018 22:13

Ah-Mona Lisa!

Bexter801 · 13/04/2018 23:57

Ah sorry @diddl I would never have got it without your input. Wasn't expecting to be right,so two minutes, until I come up with something Smile

Bexter801 · 13/04/2018 23:59

Okay: She seems somewhat grateful, but that turns to potty, without much hesitation!

clairehr · 14/04/2018 07:34

Bexter801 · 14/04/2018 11:53

clairehr · 14/04/2018 12:42

Yay!

Ok...

A typically French man who lost an inch, stubborn as they come, but will defend those around him. A prince? Not quite.

DuggeeHugs · 14/04/2018 17:47

Pierce?

OP posts:
clairehr · 14/04/2018 18:12

Nope!

FintyTin · 14/04/2018 19:33

Bastian/Sebastian?

clairehr · 14/04/2018 20:39

No, but you have the right idea about the name shortening 😊

clairehr · 15/04/2018 07:00

He has a little cub at home, but they always travel the same way....

FintyTin · 15/04/2018 14:20

Liam?

clairehr · 15/04/2018 14:22

Yes FintyTin!!

LadyGAgain · 15/04/2018 15:50

Well done! Please explain!

clairehr · 15/04/2018 16:20

Typically French (Guillaume/William)

Losing an inch - (Wil)Liam

Stubborn as they come, but will defend (name means strong willed protector)

A prince, not quite - again reference to a shortened form of William, this time Prince William 😊
