Matilda and Matthew

We’re having awful trouble coming up with names for our not-yet-born twins. This week’s ‘maybe’ is Matilda and Matthew. We have various reservations but I won’t mention them - let’s see if anyone else feels similarly! Thoughts?!

It’s a bit like the woman on here called Olivia whose brother is Oliver.

It rather implies a lack of imagination.

Matilda is the more interesting name, so I’d keep that and go with a Plantangenet connection - Henry, Richard, William, Otto.

I know of a brother & sister called Paul and Pauline.. I kid ye not.
