Felicity.

Every (adult) Felicity I have ever met grew up with the nickname Fleacity, Fleabag or Flea.

Ferocity?

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 20/03/2018 19:15

Flea? Fleacity?

I know one Felicity who's 11, she gets Fliss, Ciss, Flissy and Tiss.

I love Felicity 💕

Chienrouge · 20/03/2018 19:16

I know 3 adult felicity’s. One Fliss and two just Felicity.

TatianaLarina · 20/03/2018 19:18

Prefer Jemima.

Felicity is an incredibly dowdy name - reminiscent of a middle-aged flautist in tweed.

ReversingSnail · 20/03/2018 19:32

Jemima.

Vivienne and Felicity have a lot of the short i sound (as in big). To me that makes them sound too similar.

Felicity is just gorgeous, as is Jemima. We were just about to call our DD3 Jemima, however we had a change of heart due to the whole 'Aunt Jemima' conations in the US, this might not be an issue for you op, but we travel that way a lot with DHs job and the name can certainly raise some eyebrows stateside! It is a beautiful name, but sadly we felt really uneasy about using it.

I personally prefer Jemima (its DD’s middle name), but agree that Felicity is lovely, and a better match for Vivienne.

Felicity

Felicity

I think both go well but I love Felicity - it'll probably get shortened to Fliss or Flick. Do you shorten your eldest's name to anything? Congratulations OP Flowers
