Do you think she would have to be born in April? Really loving this name but not due then, would that be weird?

I think it's nice, and it doesn't matter if it's not her birth month. As an aside I've often wondered why April, May and June are considered perfectly acceptable names but none of the other months are (I know there's January Jones but I think that's just her!). I think July is quite nice for a girl!

A friend of mine has an April not born in April. It seemed odd to me when I learnt the girl's name, but it's completely up to the parents, not outsiders to judge.

I think it's really pretty, personally. A lot better than all the Eva/Ava/Emily hordes anyway, it's memorable.

You can have a June not born in June, so an April not born in April sounds fine to me.

Haha! I've commented on this already but forgot Grin So a double thumbs up from me, I guess.

Not keen on the name but I wouldn't think she'd have to be born in April!

Of course an April doesn’t have to be born then! It’s a well established name, fine to use whenever.

This isn't of any is help to you at all but I used to work with an April, a May and a June 😁. Well it tickled me!!

April and Avril - both twee

ZebraKid71 · 26/09/2018 21:32

It's lovely - to be honest I'd only use it if she WASNT born in April. It's too twee for my liking if she was.

Crunchymum · 26/09/2018 21:35

I know an April born in May, a June born in June, a Summer born in winter and an Autumn born in spring Grin
