Welsh and Spanish names

I am Welsh (however don't speak welsh well as I moved around as a child) and DP is Spanish.

We would like DC to have a Welsh name with Spanish middle name (or other way around) but are struggling to find names which we like, sound nice together, and have nice meanings (I prefer meanings relating to nature, the ocean or water in particular).

Some we like:

Elvira
Clara
Aderyn
Bryn
Miranda
Robin

Any thoughts welcome :)

I have an Eleri (Welsh name) but was told (so don’t know if this is true) that Eleria is a Spanish name. So you could use either one of those, and I think they are both beautiful, and it’d meet your criteria.

Eleri is lovely, Eleria is nice too.
I think they both mean the same as Hilary. The Italian Ilaria is pretty too.
(Eleri is pronounced El-ERRy)

I was in school with a Grug, pronounced the same as the composer Grieg. No problems with pronunciation there.

Never heard Llan as tree. Tree in welsh is coeden.

Quite agree andhow, no reason to keep Welsh names only for Welsh speakers, plenty of people manage to get them right. And the pronounciation varies round Wales anyway. Share!

Catrin might work for you, or Anwen.

Aled is lovely.
