What is an open name?

upperlimit · 11/10/2017 14:33

Willow unless the Surname is also a noun, particularly Carpenter or Plant.

imjessie · 11/10/2017 14:38

I have a teen Willow ( I like to think I started a trend 😂) .. I still love it and people still comment on how pretty it is . She is very willowy though which is handy . Zoe is meh to me .. each to their own though .

AmethystMoon · 11/10/2017 14:38

Willow. Beautiful name IMO. I get the association with thinness but my first thought is of a beautiful tree growing by running water.

DiegoMadonna · 11/10/2017 16:46

The only Willow I've ever known is about 29 now.

iamghosted · 11/10/2017 16:51

I love them both, but Zoe is less likely to date.

rainbowduck · 11/10/2017 19:33

Both.

BananaPie · 11/10/2017 19:39

Willow looks nice written down, but sounds like Will-o to me (as in short for William with an o on the end)

oldbirdy · 11/10/2017 19:44

I have a Zoe, she's the only one at her school. Lovely name that works for all ages, and timeless. All the other girls in her class are called Eva, Ava, Mya, Maya, Ella or Ellie 😁

MikeUniformMike · 11/10/2017 19:52

Zoe

CakeRattleandRoll · 12/10/2017 13:49

Zoe

Polly99 · 12/10/2017 13:50

Zoe is lovely.

user1495451339 · 12/10/2017 13:51

I like both, but Zoe is my favorite.

Eleanorsummer · 12/10/2017 21:03

Love Willow.

dameglittersparkles · 12/10/2017 21:45

Defo Zoe
not because it is my name I promise
😁😁😁

YouMeanNothing · 13/10/2017 20:39

My daughters called Zoe so am biased, the only Willow I've known was a dog. Doesn't Wil Smith have a child called Willow though

FindTheLightSwitchDarren · 13/10/2017 21:18

Willow

sunshine555 · 14/10/2017 07:54

Zoe. I love it. Greek for life. I wanted Sofia & Zoe (both Greek) but my OH not so keen :(.

Nelly1727 · 14/10/2017 07:56

Zoe

Ilovewillow · 14/10/2017 08:06

Willow but I'm biased! Zoe is lovely too though!

blisterinthesun · 14/10/2017 09:27
