I love Sophia and Amelia but they are just too too common so I couldn't bring myself to use them.

To me the most beautiful are names which not only sound nice but have beautiful meanings too.
Elizabeth, Lydia, Jessica, Sarah.

I like the sound of some names but could never use them because the meaning is negative- e.g. Rebecca, which sound gorgeous but means 'a noose.'

I also think Ramona is a very pretty sounding name

...posted too soon; Ramona is pretty but doesn't go far back enough in history to feel like it has enough depth to it
