Ringo. Dare you.
Joking aside, "Starr" may be unusual, but it's not in a bad way.
I rather like it!
Sorry to your DH, but the "S" sounds between "Atticus"/ "Florence" and "Starr" get a bit swallowed up unless you enunciate like a Radio 4 newsreader!
Short, no-frills, strong names work well (e.g. Thomas...Oh! Ignore my previous point, then)/Tom, Jack, Leo, Joseph/Joe, William/Will etc.).
or
Alexander Starr...(Abbrev. for NN, Alex/Al Starr?).
Dylan Starr
Zachary Starr...(Zach/Zack Starr?)...perfect name for a future musician/ writer/ artist/ architect
Girls' names:
Harriet Starr...(Harri Starr?)...sounds good together.
So do short and strong Faith, Fern/Fearne, Phoebe, Niamh, May/Maeve. (Zara Starr? Lara Starr? Can't decide if too many "ah" sounds!).
Or
Alexandra/Alexandria Starr...(Alex/Xandra Starr?)
Emily/ Emmeline Starr...(Emmy/ Em Starr?)
Elizabeth Starr...(Eliza/ Lizzie/ Ellie/ Beth/ Libby Starr?)...lots of abbrev. NN options there.
Raphaela (or Rafaela) Starr flows beautifully. (Abbrev. NN of Raphy/ Raffy is cute as well).
Good luck, OP.
