Like Alexandria and Josephine etc.

Not even sure if the sex but if it's another girl I want her to have a strong name.

Elizabeth, every time. The full name is strong and dignified, and it can be shortened in so many ways.

The 'virtue' names such as Faith and Charity don't feel very strong to me. Although I do quite like Ruth.

I'd rule out girls' names that end in an E or A sound. as they can make a name sound cutesy. Also, a lot of male names are feminized by sticking an A or E sound on the end, such as George > Georgia. Even if names aren't formed from a male source name, I'd still say that names without that sound on the end appear stronger - Helen compared to Helena, for example. And no flower names either.
