Both very similar.
But I'm asking which one is your favourite and why?

Lacey
Or
Macy

Thanks!

Lacey of those 2 - not at all keen on Macy

DramaAlpaca · 14/06/2017 16:06

Neither are my style at all, but if I had to choose I'd pick Lacey.

PhuntSox · 14/06/2017 16:09

Lacey, because Macy sounds like the mace spray people carry for self defense.

May I also suggest, in case you fancy a new similar name;
Darcey
Delphi
Marney
Gracie

Katelocks · 14/06/2017 16:14

Lacey is better IMO. Macy is like tHE department store

Bestseller2017 · 14/06/2017 16:15

Macy

harderandharder2breathe · 14/06/2017 16:30

Lacey

MikeUniformMike · 14/06/2017 16:59

Don't like them. Of the two, Lacey. Maisie's a bit better.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 14/06/2017 17:37

I think Lacey, it's very pretty.

Kittysparks1 · 14/06/2017 17:42

Macy is nice. But I think both are pretty and feminine x

blueskyinmarch · 14/06/2017 17:48

Not over keen on either but of the two I prefer Macy.

Bobbiepin · 14/06/2017 18:06

I teach two kids with those names, I would take Macy home and raise her if she were my own. Less said about Lacey the better. I know which I would pick!

Decaffstilltastesweird · 14/06/2017 18:54

Macy

Sophronia · 14/06/2017 19:56

Neither, but Lacey if I really had to pick.

Biscuitsneeded · 14/06/2017 19:58

Neither, ideally. How about Maisie?

SuperBeagle · 14/06/2017 20:36

Macy a thousand times over.

Lacy/Lacey has quite negative class connotations.

Lemondrop99 · 14/06/2017 20:40

Out of the two, I prefer Macy

Blossomdeary · 14/06/2017 20:48

Oh gosh - I truly do not like either - sorry!

FizzyGreenWater · 15/06/2017 12:45

Really hard to pick of those two. Neither are great. Macy very hard, and Mace for short? - ugh. Lacey - also very little to it, bit silly and frilly. Lace for short, like the 80s novel. Argh.

Sorry.

RuthB4 · 15/06/2017 18:23

I'm really not keen on either! Sorry! They don't even seem like proper names to me!

What about Stacey? Or Gracey? Or for a different sound but similar vibe, Paige?

mummytobemaybe · 18/06/2017 20:54

Both horrible sorry, remember your daughter will have to grow up to a woman and not a toddler one day. I cannot imagine a CEO called Lacey or Macy

ABitOTT · 18/06/2017 22:21

Not my taste but would choose Lacey over Macy.
