Came across this queen's name in a book of mediaeval history and thought I'd toss it out there.

Ewww. No I don't like that

UserThenLotsOfNumbers · 13/06/2017 13:22

Nope, sorry.

user1480459555 · 13/06/2017 13:26

Awful name

WhippetyStourie · 13/06/2017 13:27

I know an Odelinda. It's a bit of a mouthful tbh and Theodelinda is even worse.

FairNotFair · 13/06/2017 13:29

Berengaria is my favourite (wife of Richard I)
Closely followed by Adeliza (Henry I)

Nonameyet1 · 13/06/2017 13:33

Please don't!

Newbiecat · 13/06/2017 13:34

The worst I've ever heard of on here I'm afraid!

AdaColeman · 13/06/2017 13:46

Sounds like an obscure surgical instrument.

I've always loved Berengaria though!

ErrolTheDragon · 13/06/2017 13:50

It sounds like a minaturized surveying instrument to me.Grin

listsandbudgets · 13/06/2017 13:54

Not sure I'd inflict it on any chid of mine though I once knew a Theodora and it was always abbreviated to Theo which I thought was quite nice

PutThatPomBearBack · 13/06/2017 13:56

No no no.

I would rather name my child after a fruit or a direction on a compass.

grufallosfriend · 13/06/2017 14:07

No, but I love Theodora!

WhatThePuck · 13/06/2017 14:11

Not unless we're still in the medieval times Grin

Decaffstilltastesweird · 13/06/2017 16:01

Not nice imo. Looks like a strange hybrid of Theodora and Belinda to me.
