Soraya or Sabrina for a girl

Which of these names do you like best?

I love Soraya even though i agree it makes me think of psoriasis in my head

Both great names. Soraya sounds more modern and fresh than Sabrina, but I prefer the sound of Sabrina.

I like Soraya. I also like Saffron. Not keen on Sabrina, sorry.

Soraya is beautiful. I would definitely go for that if baby has Persian heritage.

I have a family member named Soraya and I've always loved the name. If it weren't already "taken" in my family, I'd have used it myself. It is a beautiful name with a beautiful meaning. Everybody will pronounce it differently though, half the people will say it the way you like and the other half will pronounce it the other way.

I like them both. Safia is lovely too.

Sabrina.

Have a dislike for Soraya, the only one I'vr ever met was horrible. It's also the name of a downmarket clothing shop where I live. However, rationally speaking, the name is perfectly nice.

Sabrina is lovely. Soraya sounds like the brand name a vegan foodstuff.

I'm not keen on either, I'm afraid.
I do like the suggestion of Serena, however. Very classy and elegant.

Sabrina also has the Audrey Hepburn connection.

Definitely prefer Soraya. Really don't like Sabrina.
