Bram is lovely.

Jooni · 15/03/2017 06:58

Bram is great!

sosieso · 15/03/2017 07:05

Bram! It's on my list. Short and strong. I love it. Elmo is awful.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 15/03/2017 09:17

Love Bram, cool name.
Elmo is a muppet ! 😄

Pencilvester · 15/03/2017 09:40

Bram! Elmo is just silly.

user1489585433 · 15/03/2017 13:53

Bram Smile

Vanillamanilla1 · 15/03/2017 13:55

Bram . My first thought was bram and Dracula but it's better than calling a child after a toy

Meeep · 15/03/2017 14:00

Ok I like Elmo!
One vote for Elmo!

reuset · 15/03/2017 14:14

Bram Stoker - I quite like it, but not a name I'd use or recommend. It actually sounds a bit Game of Thrones (Bran)

You're just leg pulling with Elmo.

HateSummer · 15/03/2017 14:15

Elmo? Seriously? God help the babies of today.

FartnissEverbeans · 15/03/2017 15:00

I know a lovely Dutch Bram. It's a great name! I considered it for DS but we're Scottish and apparently it means 'fart' in Gaelic?!

Mumzypopz · 15/03/2017 20:25

Omg, both awful. Where on earth does Bram come from.

boomboompow123 · 15/03/2017 20:27

@Mumzypopz it's Dutch... Poor OP! She's clearly Dutch (as she also suggested Luuk)

HateSummer · 15/03/2017 20:33

Luuk from Nina and the Neurons?🤔Can see a theme emerging here. Op likes children's cartoon characters

reuset · 15/03/2017 20:42

Elmo isn't Dutch though, I'd like to bet.

RuthB4 · 16/03/2017 03:05

Oooh Bram is lovely!!

I wouldn't use Elmo because of the sesame street links.

It completely baffles me how judgemental some people on this forum are!! Confused It doesn't matter WHY the OP is posting on here. That's her business, and she's just asking for opinions!

user1489672271 · 16/03/2017 13:57

Bram Smile

twinjocks · 16/03/2017 14:52

Bram is a fantastic name - would have considered it for DS, but unfortunately our surname starts with M and the two would have run into each other, making Bram sound like Bra!

Elmo - no!

BroomstickOfLove · 16/03/2017 17:37

Reuset , just how much are you prepared to bet that Elmo isn't a Dutch name?

iklboo · 16/03/2017 17:44

Well.....Elmo was a saint before a muppet, but the modern connotations are much stronger.

I do like Bram. Luuk may have problems with misspelling if you are in the UK.

Crumbs1 · 16/03/2017 17:45

Hah Dracula or Sesame Street? Bit much to saddle a child with either.

BrerRabbitStoleMyCarrots · 16/03/2017 17:55

Bram is a great name!

whatatod0 · 16/03/2017 19:02

I thought Bram was short for Bramwell. I know a grown up Bramwell. He is a lovely person.

buttercup54321 · 17/03/2017 00:12

OMG. Both TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

BasicBetty · 17/03/2017 10:02

Bram - by a mile. Really cool name.
