OP I would use:

Theo (which I actually like)
Teia (which I don't like, but there are basically no nice 4-letter girls names beginning with T)

I think you'd have to go for nonsense syllables or something. Because there would be millions of Theos and Tinas running around.

Going by that theory, I reckon:

Tcio for a boy (pronounced Chee-o)
Tela for a girl (pronounced Tella)

Tilly could be spelled Tili.
