Boys names are so hard!

Still early days of pregnancy with Dc2, so hoping I'm not jinxing by posting.

Our DS is Thomas Benedict. He's been a Tom occasionally Tommy right from the outset. I still love it despite its popularity.

Girls names - we are relatively set on Tess. I love it, though do have the occasional wobble.

Boys names however are way harder. I love solid and strong boys names. However this time it would be lovely to have something less common. Nothing too quirky but maybe more unusual.

Names like Sam and Joe are out for family reasons.

Help appreciated.

Oh thank you Jinca! I think it's a lovely combination too. We'd love a boy too, but a girl would certainly make it easier on the name front. Grin

Daniel with Dan or Danny. So good with Thomas (Tom or Tommy). Or Samuel...
