Giving a baby the same name as a pet?

Gut says absolutely not!

We are really struggling for a boy's name we like. If one of your family pets (who came with the name) had a name you really liked, would you use it?

It's too weird, isn't it?

Our cat's called Noah. We loved it for a boy... Thank goodness we had a girl! As we may have done it

I wish I knew... DH likes the name Bertram.

But that was the name of "my" dog. DH may not think of a dog, but I do... and so would my parents and siblings.

The name is actually rather nice, but Idk...
