Can I have some opinions on my boys names...

Expecting DS3, we already have two sons called Samuel and Elliott, and so far our list is:

Connor
Nathaniel
Luca
Rory
Louis
Tristan
Aidan
Reuben

I love some opinions and I'm also open to suggestions but nothing too outlandish or any 'old man' names and has to be more than one syllable...

I like Louis (as long as it is Louie not Lewis) and Reuben a lot. I also like Luca. Not so keen on the others but I don't hate any of them.

I like them all (except Tristan, which somehow has a wussy vibe to me). My favourites are Nathaniel and Louis.

I love Luca too - so much that I named my son that many years ago!

It had worked well as a name when he was tiny and also now that he is a strapping teen!

Louis also goes well with Samuel and Elliott.

Thank you all for your opinions, I love Louis but we've decided to rule it out because of pronunciation reasons, I'm worried people will pronounce it Lewis, not Louie...but it will probably give it as one of the middle names.

Also decided against Tristan, Aidan and Nathaniel, I do like Nathaniel but DH is against the idea because it is a long name and the poor kid will have a double barrelled surname (he does have a point!). I still love Reuben, Luca and Connor...

Reuben is my son's name and Aidan is my choice for DS2!

Luca is my favourite. It's nice to have an L sound like your other 2 boys too (without being too matchy!)

I think nathaniel and Luke go with ur other sons names 😊 or what about Francis ?

MotherDuckSaid · 17/10/2016 16:41

Or Vincent ?
