Layla/ Leila is lovely, with either spelling. Not so keen on the other two.

Shouldn't Ciara be spelled Chiara to have the /k/ sound? It is an Italian name and the right spelling is with CH

Leila or Ciara both look and sound nice. The other spellings are fine too.

Ciara is an Irish name whereas Chiara is Italian and are different names with different pronuciations.

Yes, Ciara is an Irish name. Pronounced Kee-ra. Some people use the same spelling and pronounce it differently, (I've heard it pronounced like Sierra), but not by anyone in Ireland.
