We were set on Connie, but came across a name I love earlier and I've been thinking about it all day, Romy...
Connie would be full name (not a nn for constance)
And Romy would be a full name (not a nn for romilly)
And spelling Romy/Romey/Romi. Which name do you prefer?

Romy.

Connie was the annoying kid in the Faraway Tree. And Connie would be further shortened to Con. 'Hey, Con!'

Romy is so unusual. I like that. Nickname possibly Romes. Still sweet.

I've got a 2 week old called Romy. It's a beautiful name - I love saying it (although a few people have called her Rom-ee).

I've got a 9yo with a name that was very unusual when I named her which is now top 20. Am fearing Romy will go the same way!

Only if they've all seen Romy and Michele.

Do you like Juno?

I want a Romy (with Rosemary in case she wants to have something more traditional), but DP said no. (So I'd choose Romy)
