What do I think of these names

Dh and I like traditional 'normal' names that arnt too popular and even tho Emily and Jessica are in the top 10 most popular name lists every year where we are there are hardly any ! We already have a Nathan and Abbie so I thought these names fitted

I'm a Rebecca and my sister is Abbie so obviously they fit really well (actually, during our lives I've met 2 other Abigail and Rebecca pairings too - maybe it's the biblical thing).

I also have a Jessica so I'm biased there too. It always puzzles me that it's consistently top 10 because, as you say, I really don't meet that many.

Emily is a pretty name. I do meet dozens though.

I think I'd go with Rebecca - it needs a revival. We used to be really popular but I meet very few under 15 or so now.

I like Rebecca as it has lots of nickname possibilities and you don't really come across it anymore. I really like Becky and Becca.

Emily is nice but so popular here. I know 6 Emily's under 5. I like the nickname Emmy though

Jessica is also nice and I like Jess. I know quite few teenage Jessica's but only 1 younger Jessica. (4 years old). Jessa is a pretty alternative

Jessica is lovely as is Jess

Don't like Rebecca because Becky sounds like a school bully who always has a Coldsore

Emily sounds like a do-gooder who would go out of her way to grass you in
