Hello

Just thinking about boys names and have put together an initial list. Your favourites/least favourites/hate that with a passions/alternative suggestions would be received.

I'm not particularly in love with any of them, and possibly will dislike them all next week, but I need to start somewhere!

Thank you in advance!

Eddie (not Edward, which I'm not keen on for some reason)
Elijah
Toby
Fletcher
Owen
Jed
Lloyd
Mark
Sullivan
Saul

Have you heard if Breaking Bad? Better Call Saul is a spinoff show from that.

Watched a couple of episodes of Breaking Bad but it wasn't my cup of tea. I guess I'll be in the minority for not knowing who Saul is, in that case!

I say Mark. It is hardly used and hasn't been mega popular for decades. The nurseries of this world are heaving with Oscars, Elijahs, Gabes and Raphaels. He will stand out as strong and unique and as a teen and young adult will be very distinct. It's classic and masculine.

If it wasn't for Mark Owen, then Owen would be a great middle name for Mark!

Owen, Evan and Saul are all fab names which will sound fresh as there really aren't many around.

There are loads of little Tobys where I live-SE. I really mean loads-5 in a local toddler group, aged 1 month to 4! Clearly the next big name here. So I would avoid this personally. Also there seem to be quite a lot of Edwards around at the moment too.

Good luck whatever you decide!

I really like Sullivan, Saul and Jed.

Other ideas:
Harrison
Donovan
Vaughan
Cooper
Seth
Hector
Vinnie
Peter
Nick
Luke

I knew a man in his 70s who was Eddie on his BC. Just saying it wouldn't be a new thing if you did go for that.
