Clara - pretty name, this is my favourite out of these.
Elora - unusual, this is probably my second favourite.
Delphi - the system I use at work is called Delphi so I wouldn't use this for obvious reasons.
Mariella - pretty, would probably get shortened to Ella
Jocelyn - this would remind me of jocelyn wildenstein
Jolie - I don't like angelica jolie, I'm team Jen so wouldn't use this name

I don't like Delphi, it sounded to me like the name of a company and after googling it I found out it is the name of a large automotive company.

I don't like Mariella or Jocelyn personally, just my opinion.

I like Elora, Clara and Jolie. It's possible the child might be teased about the association with Angelina Jolie though. The association with a famous actress sounds good but could be embarrassing for a child, especially if they turn out to be quiet and shy. Sorry to be so fussy!

How do you pronounce Delphi?
I like Clara
Jasmine is nice but prefer Yasmin nn Yas

Clara - love it, I think it's classic and lovely
Elora - personally, I think it's awful
Delphi - sorry, but just no
Mariella - love it
Jocelyn - really love this. Makes me think of Jocelyn Bell Burnell
Jolie - my first thought is Angelina Jolie, which makes it a no for me. Just too heavily associated with one person.

All very lovely except Delphi and Jolie.

I like Clara and Mariella, and Elora is quite nice (not heard of that one before, I think).

Jocelyn brings to mind a posh schoolgirl from the 1950s and I find it a little bit stodgy and unisex. But that's just my association, I suppose. It does have a nice sound.

Delphi is a place rather than a name, I think (isn't it where there used to be an oracle in Ancient Greece?). I think it sounds a bit odd. There is the French name Delphine which does sounds more name-like.

and Jolie - no you just can't - although it has a nice sound it means 'pretty' in French so is either an awful lot to live up to or could lead to teasing. Although I'm sure she'll be beautiful.

Clara

Clara - Love it, but i would say it's too popular right now, in my opinion.
Elora - Never heard of it, but i really like it. She might get mistaken for Laura?
Delphi - Don't like. Sounds like just a nn for Delphine.
Mariella - Love it, but personally prefer Marielle.
Jocelyn - Don't like. Sounds like an old lady's name.
Jolie - Okay, but don't love. I prefer Jovie.
Jasmine - I like it, i know a few in their teens and 20s, but not sure of popularity right now.
