Son was born this morning, does he look like an Elliott?

So, I've been hovering around in this thread for a while now and thought I'd ask for baby name advice, but then I saw a couple of people ask what their child looks like and so I figured I would wait until he is here! Yesterday, me and DH had finally agreed on Elliott Finn :) he arrived this morning (he was almost 9 lbs!!! He's a big, healthy boy) and we announced the name (we didn't want to until he was here)... I'm not even joking, our whole family responded with "oh, I would never fit that name with him!" (Something along those lines) DH is now completely against the name :( I still love it, but if it really doesn't suit him, I suppose we need to look at other possibilities. What do you think? Honest opinions please xxx

Aw, I'm sorry to hear that Flowers thank you - I was very lucky, birth was really good (I had a water birth) 8 lbs 13 oz and no tearing! Highly recommend :)

What an adorable little chap! (seems like yesterday and mine are all grown up now)

Love the names and they seem to 'go together' if that makes sense.

He is a beauty. If it helps my son is called Jonathan.
He was the most gorgeous laid back baby and now is the most gorgeous laid back kind Genle young man.
He too had a huge head of dark hair and weighed 9 :13

If you would like three names, discuss it with your DH. He can't just say no without talking about it.

And only stop with the pics when you want too! Many of us enjoy looking at them.

I have taken about a thousand!! Yes, I can't stop sniffing him and stroking them cheeks lol... He's got a chubby little face, it's adorable! DH keeps calling him 'little EJ' grrr lol, it's cool for when he's 13, but not a little bubba x

He looks EXACTLY like an Eliott Finn! He's your son and that's the name you chose so everyone else will get used to it. Go with your gut.
