Lucy - classic and timeless!

Josephine feels like it will soar in popularity soon...

Josephine. Josie is a gorgeous nn.
Never been a fan of Lucy

TillyTolly · 20/11/2015 15:28

Josephine!

CordeliaFrost · 20/11/2015 17:05

Josephine is a winner.

Lucy is a lovely name, but Josephine oozes vintage charm, and is criminally underused.

Josie or Lucy are gorgeous!

aoife24 · 20/11/2015 20:09

Josephine for me too. Lucy is a bit insipid, same category as Emily to my mind.

IoraRua · 20/11/2015 20:10

Lucy.

Sleeplessme · 20/11/2015 22:42

Josephine, it's much more unusual imo. While Lucy is nice I know quite a few of them and only one Josephine. It's very pretty.

EldonAve · 20/11/2015 22:43

Josephine. Would have loved to use it myself but it is DH's first wife's name so that wouldn't really go down well.

Paddletonio · 22/11/2015 21:43

Lucy! Fab name

RunRabbitRunRabbit · 22/11/2015 21:49

Lucy.

Josephine will become Jo, which I am less keen on. Mainly because I know lots of Jo's in the age 35-50 bracket. To me it would feel off, like calling a baby Dave or Brian now. An old name but not old enough yet.

Wheresthattoo · 23/11/2015 22:03

Josephine, I like Jo and Josie but not so keen on Loo for Lucy.
