I prefer Anna Chloe. I think it flows better.

I think Ann or Anne as a MN is sort of dated. It was big in the 60s.

Yes, I was born in the 60s and nearly half the girls in the class had Ann/Anne as their middle name. Like Rose/May/Grace now. But In this case I think Ann is after the OP's late mother, math.

Maybe very simple classics like Ann/e, Jane, Mary, John, Peter etc. are due for a revival, though?

Yes, but she is willing to use Anna Chloe instead of Chloe Ann, and that is the option I would choose.

I love Chloe Ann.

Ann as a first name is on the 'endangered name' list- no one used it as a first name last year. I used it (without an e and everything, also after my DM) as a mn for my dd.

I much prefer Ann, Anne or Anna, find Chloe very sickly (maybe cos it sounds like cloying?)

I have Anne as my middle name (my nana's name) and I can't stand it, bores me to tears with or without the 'e'.

Really like Chloe OP, seem to be fewer around now.
