The only ones I can think of are Cameron, Riley and Harriet. Any other suggestions?

OP I like unisex name too, there are loads of good ones. Look on American baby name websites if you want more ideas.

RabbitSaysWoof · 03/02/2015 21:15

Im with you op, Leni was our girls name if ds had of been a girl. I also live Jude for a girl.

Babylove2015 · 04/02/2015 00:38

Christine - " Chris". Giving your daughter a chance, if she decides she is too feminine to want to be stuck with a rough boys name.

Castlelough · 04/02/2015 01:42

I love Georgie for a girl.
Could be nn for longer form Georgia/Georgette/Georgina but called Georgie. Then she has options if she'd prefer the longer version when she's older.

TheGirlAtTheRockShow · 04/02/2015 01:58

I think it's best to go with something like Georgina/Christine/Harriet where you can have the shorter masculine (George/Chris/Harri) or a more feminine.
What if your daughter is a proper girly girl that doesn't like a boys name?

Strokethefurrywall · 04/02/2015 03:14

Dylan is an excellent girls name - would have been ds's name had he been a she!

Look at the cast and characters of gossip girl- Taylor, Blair, Blake, Leighton ....

Otherwise Casey or Jude?

squoosh · 04/02/2015 13:00

People often start threads about masculine sounding 'girls' names. No one ever asks for a feminine boys name.

Why would anyone call a girl Blake?

Jackieharris · 04/02/2015 13:15

Good point squoosh

Unisex names are more popular for girls, and as some names become used more frequently for girls their use for boys falls off the radar

Consider
Marion
Shirley
Ashley
Leslie
Lindsay

MaraThonbar · 04/02/2015 13:17

Lionel (as in Shriver)

nauticant · 04/02/2015 13:19

I quite like Consider but would goes for it as a boy's name rather than a girl's.

Agree that many girls names ending with a consonant might be less girly / frilly, ie.
