We are having our second daughter and have narrowed it down to 4 names however can’t decide which one to go for. These names will also be used to make a middle name too.

Ava
Imogen
Juliet
Eva

Our first daughter is called Annabel

Please let me know your thoughts or if there are any others which come to mind. Be kind as its my first time of posting! Thank you very much!

Juliet!

Nolim · 12/01/2015 19:11

Not imogen

Biscuitsneeded · 12/01/2015 19:13

Ava and Eva will date. Imogen personally I am less keen on. Juliet is beautiful though. I went to school with an Annabel who had a big sister Juliet - I think they go well together.

Nervo · 12/01/2015 19:13

I adore Juliet. Dc2 would've been Juliet if he were a she.

Imogen next.

Like others, I think Ava and Eva are too popular. Nice names though so go for it if you love them.

clairemarie5 · 12/01/2015 21:51

Juliet Juliet JULIET!!!
everybody's calling their girls Ava and Eva these days, they've gotten a bit boring now (in my opinion)

marshmallowpies · 12/01/2015 22:01

Juliet is lovely - doesn't work with our surname so I am hoping to use as a middle name instead. Use it use it, I wish I could!

Juliet. I love it and it seems more unusual thsn the other names - the other names are all nice too.

TinCanSally · 12/01/2015 22:37

All beautiful names. Love, Juliet and Imogen, but not Imogen Eva (sounds like Geneva!).

rockinrobintweet · 12/01/2015 23:26

what about Juliet Eve instead? bit less popular.

i think the other 3 names are all quite popular where i am and not keen on them for middle names either. what about..

Juliet Belle
Juliet Bella
Juliet Anne

to link the girls together? Annabel is such a beautiful name

Momsy1 · 13/01/2015 00:02

Ava and Juliet are beautiful names, with Ava being my favourite!!

flirty30s · 13/01/2015 00:14

Adore Juliet. Annabel and Juliet sound lovely together!

manicinsomniac · 13/01/2015 13:43

All Lovely.

Juliet is my favourite. Followed by Eva, then Ava then Imogen. But I still really like Imogen.

Don't think you can go wrong with any of them.

Pandora37 · 13/01/2015 17:22

I like Juliet the best, Annabel and Juliet are very pretty together.

blowinahoolie · 13/01/2015 17:49

Juliet.

Flingingmelon · 13/01/2015 17:56

Juliet Smile

Flingingmelon · 13/01/2015 18:01

Juliet Smile

fortifiedwithtea · 13/01/2015 18:15

I can't decide amongst those names either Confused Not helpful sorry.

However we have an A name followed by an E name and then I realised our daughters initials were A&E. Believe me there are times when I think of them as Accident and Emergency Wink

Hannahhd · 13/01/2015 19:39

I'm going to return the favour as it was my first time if posting 4 weeks ago when I had my baby boy!!

For me personally I love Imogen and you could combine with Juliet as the middle name? Both are really beautiful names, but more unusual than the others.

Best Wishes

H xxx

LexieSinclair · 13/01/2015 19:42

Eva

BeginnerSAHM · 13/01/2015 19:42

Like most people, I prefer Imogen and Juliet. Possibly Juliet. It's more unusual at the moment and very pretty. (Only just named DD2 - at 4 weeks old... We were indecisive with DS and DD1 too!)

CPtart · 13/01/2015 20:08

Anything but another Ava or Eva.
I prefer Juliet of your other two.

Gugglebum · 14/01/2015 06:24

Juliet. Ava or Eva are fine as middles, there are just SO MANY of them around. Imogen is a fairly close second for me, but paired with Annabel, I adore Juliet.

blowinahoolie · 14/01/2015 13:17

As others have said, please stay well clear of Ava or Eva unless you like really popular names. I know so many. It gets boring.

TempsPerdu · 14/01/2015 14:15

Definitely Juliet - lovely name. As others have said, Ava and Eva are everywhere.

CarbeDiem · 14/01/2015 15:58

Imogen.
