Sibling for Alistair?

Baby on the way in Feb, DC1 is named Alistair. Had so many great names for DS but DH and I just can't seem to agree on any of them for DC2 - think we need fresh ideas. Thank you!

I have a Cameron who would have been Alistair if a cousin hadn't beaten me to it (by a couple of weeks!). Cameron has a brother named Leo.
Other names in contention were Henry, Alexander, Patrick, James, Duncan, Lachlan, Edward.

Oh, these are all good ideas and are getting me thinking afresh. A do particularly like Rory but our surname starts with and R and for some reason I'm really not keen on R alliteration, which is strange as other letter alliteration doesn't bother me.

Innes - never considered it before but I do really like it. Is it a girls name here too? I only ask because when I was working abroad I taught a Spanish girl called Ines.

My eldest was kwaig for a few years but he grew out of it - his brother couldn't say the "k" sounds either so called him twaig - he grew out of it too :)

Here in Scotland it is usually a boys name( Innes) but I have met a couple of girls spelt the same, no Spanish connection with the girls I know.

My brother is Alistair, I'm Philippa. Naturally I think the two go together beautifully .

Re Innes/ Ines, I know the Scots name is pronounced with the stress on the first syllable (INN-is) and I thought the Spanish name was the other way round (In-EZ) but I am not a Spanish speaker, so happy to be contradicted if I gave got that wrong!
