What? good names? Nice names? Names you'd actually want to call a child? or just names?
I need specifics tonight. Humph.

There y'go. Humphrey.

Greensleves - my eldest ds's name is on your list
As is the name we were gonna call him if he had been a girl
Rowan - as a girl's name
Gotta say, I like your taste!

Nicol. (historical version of Nicholas)

Jasper. (without Jasper Tudor riding to rescue his brother's teenage pregnant widow there would have been no Tudor dynasty)

Benedict (as in Saint)

Dh wouldn't let me have any of them!

If you are still undecided after all the suggestions, perhaps Michael James Oliver. If you are looking for something a little less old fashioned, how about:

Lewis James Oliver
Bradley James Oliver
Keiran James Oliver

GOOD LUCK! It took us ages to find a middle name to go with Thomas - eventually chose Jack but agonised over it!

DebbsyandBibby · 13/09/2006 07:49

we have sort of decided but we are keeping it secret until hes here

Good idea, you might not decide until you meet him anyway, some babies look like a certain name...during labour my midwife asked me what I was calling Thomas and as I was in the middle of a contraction, I told her he would be calle "git!" Obviously it was in the heat of the moment!!!!!!
