Less popular alternatives to Charlie and Oliver

Would love some help - only 10 days until due date and still undecided on a boys name... I love Charlie (would name Charles so he has the option when older) and Oliver but feel that perhaps they're too popular...

Or you could call him Charles and not use a nickname? Then it'd be slightly different.
